GRAMAZE NETWORK TO HOST FIRST EDITION OF THE BENDE L.G.A COMMUNITY CHARITY LEAGUE (2025 EDITION)

 

Gramaze Network Organization is proud to announce the first-ever edition of the Bende L.G.A Community Charity League, a grassroots football competition uniting youths from all 13 wards of Bende in a major sporting event designed to promote unity, talent development, and community growth.

 

This landmark initiative is hosted by Dr. Emenike Onyebuchi Okoro, MD, MBA, CEO/Founder of Gramaze Network Organization, as part of his vision to empower young people, strengthen community bonds, and drive positive social impact across Bende.

 

The tournament will officially kick off this December 2025, and will also feature a major milestone for sports development in the region:

On the opening day of the Charity League, Gramaze Network will formally launch the Bende Football Club—a community-driven football team created to identify, nurture, and promote local football talents across Bende L.G.A.

 

The launch of Bende FC marks the beginning of a new era for youth sports in Bende, with long-term plans for training, talent scouting, mentorship, and participation in regional and national competitions.

Speaking ahead of the event, Dr. Emenike Onyebuchi Okoro emphasized that sports play a critical role in shaping youth development, peace-building, and community unity. The league and the new football club aim to give young people a meaningful alternative to negative influences while building pride and identity for Bende.
